The KEPTI fishing 52 week fishing challenge 2023 While reading an article in Wire2Fish I was by an article I read about a 52 week fishing challenge. The challenge is as follows: Catch at least one fish every week of the year. You can challenge yourself as an individual or as a group. The article I read involved a group doing the challenge. My son Pedro and I are taking on the challenge and will post the pictures here on the site. I am including some notes passed on to me by the original challengers creator JD Blackburn.
– Use a group texting app instead of a group cell text. At times the post volumes and banter can get overwhelming. Texting apps like Group Me are also good because you can Like posts and your media is stored for you. I was scrolling back through the feed to help remember some details from the year. Just to speed scroll through them took a good ten minutes.
– Have a plan and watch the weather when it’s not prime fishing time. However, it is pretty fun to traipse out in a cold rain on a Sunday to "meet the quota" last minute
– Choose your group carefully. We had ten in the group and that seemed to be a good number.
– Be prepared for great things to happen! God bless!
